The fining
The wine is fined in new barrels (barrique) of French oak from Tronįai, Allier and Vosges for a period of 10-12 months, depending on the grapes.
Organoleptic Characteristic
A strong ruby red colour. A fruit smell, bold, with the scent of spices, roasted nut and a delicious hint of liquoirice and tar. Soft and delicate to the palate with a high concentration and a good maturity of tannins.
