The fining
After the first winter has passed in the fermentation tank, the wine is put in the barriques. Which are being used for the second time, where it remains for 8-12 months depending of the maturity of the grapes.
Organoleptic Characteristic
Ruby red colour. The scent of red fruits of the forest and black plums. A soft taste and a lost lasting with final aroma of brown pepper and green chilli.
