Vinification process
Grapes are harvested when fully ripe and then subjected to a soft pressing. The must is fermented in steel tanks and French durmast barriques.
The aging is done partially in steel and partially in wood.
Perfecting in bottle.
Organoleptic characteristic
Alcohol14% – Acidity 6,2-6,5 g/l
Golden yellow color. Floral and fruity aromas with notes of aromatic herbs and sweet spices.
Complex wine.
Good balance betweens moothness and acidity
