Vinification process

The grapes, after the late harvest are dried on “graticci” and the juice is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures.

Organoleptic Characteristic

A gold colour. Sweet whit a long lasting aroma of honey, dried apricot and candied citrus fruit.
